Doctors

Doctors assist players with fatigue and injury recovery. You can hire up to 3 doctors. With each doctor the recovery from fatigue increases by 0.5% a day.

The doctors start to work from the day you hire them and continue working until the end of a week, when you fire them. Example:

You hire doctors on Saturday and they start working instantly (first visible effect will be during next day update), then you fire them next Saturday. They will continue their work till next weekupdate (Friday).

Take note that you will pay their salary only after firing them (and of course each weekupdate), and because doctors are fired automatically during weekupdate, don't be surprised to see their salary on next salary update.

How much Doctors do you need to help your players?

Fatigue healing

1 doctor: -5,5%

2 doctors: -6%

3 doctors: -6,5%

Injury healing

When a player is injured, your doctors will help him to heal faster so that he play a few more days earlier in the team

1 doctor: 1,1 a day will drop

2 doctors: 1,2 of a day will drop

3 doctors: 1,3 of a day will drop, so if a player is injured for 5 days he will be ready on the 4th day.

Personal Trainers

Personal Trainers help players with their weight. Every trainer can work with up to two players, so a maximum of six players can be treated at the same time. The effect of gaining and losing weight will be linear and will be equal for every player: a change of 1.2 BMI per season. The effect will be weekly. Target BMI will be between 21 and 27 BMI.

Youth Trainers

Players up to the age of 19 and with less than 3 experience can be sent to youth leagues, special leagues which give players playing time separate from their normal club team. Players enrolled in the YL receive 0.1 experience on a weekly basis, but are not eligible to play in official club matches. They will still be able to play in national team matches and in un-official matches like in private cups, exhibition, scrimmages and against the All Stars. In order to gain experience the young players need a trainer to take care of them. A youth trainer can take care of up to two players. The cost for every youth trainer is added to your team's staff cost at the week update following the week you hired the youth trainer. So, every time you have a youth trainer hired, you will pay him at the next week update.

For example: if you choose a player for the YL on Wednesday he will be away in the youth league from the following Friday to the next one and you will pay for it in the second one. If you get a player out of the youth league in the mid of a week he is in, he won't be able to play in any official match until the following Friday and you will still have to pay for it.

Please note that if you buy a player in YL he won't lose his state and he will get out only if you change it. This will happen only after the following week update.

Changes of experience will be displayed after every week update.
